  • Security Audits: Completing multiple independent security audits of our smart contracts.

Phase 2: Community & Feature Expansion (Next 6-12 Months)

  • AI-Powered Job Matching: Implementing an intelligent recommendation engine to connect the right talent with the right jobs.

  • Launch of Pro Subscriptions: Introducing premium features for power users.

  • Dispute Resolution: Introducing a decentralized arbitration system (e.g., Kleros integration) for edge-case disputes.

Phase 3: Scaling & Mass Adoption (12-24 Months)

  • Multichain Support: Expanding beyond our initial chain to support Solana, Ethereum, Base, and other L2s.

  • Expansion to Non-Tech Roles: Actively onboarding a wider range of talent, including NFT artists, writers, legal experts, and more.

  • Payroll & Retainer Solutions: Building tools for companies to manage and pay full-time, remote Web3 staff on-chain.

  • DAO Governance: Progressively decentralizing control of the platform to the community and TAL3NT token holders.
