#### **For Freelancers**

* **What fees do you charge?**\
  TAL3NT charges a flat 5% fee on successfully completed projects. This is deducted from the total project value upon payout. There are no fees for applying to jobs.
* **Are my Proof-of-Work NFTs transferable?**\
  No, our PoW NFTs are designed as Soulbound Tokens (SBTs). This means they are non-transferable and permanently tied to your wallet to ensure your on-chain reputation cannot be faked or sold.
* **Which cryptocurrencies can I be paid in?**\
  Initially, our platform will support major tokens like ETH and MON to ensure stable and predictable payments. We will expand to other tokens in the future.

#### **For Employers**

* **What happens if I'm not satisfied with the work?**\
  Our process encourages clear communication and defined deliverables from the start. If there is a dispute, you should not approve the release of funds from escrow. In Phase 2, we will introduce a decentralized arbitration service to resolve such cases fairly.
* **How do I know a freelancer's reputation is real?**\
  This is the core value of TAL3NT. You can review a freelancer's PoW NFTs, which are immutable on-chain records of their completed work, verified by their previous employers. This is far more reliable than a simple text-based review.
